Refund and Returns Policy
At FarmersGlobalHub, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for both our farmers and consumers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making or fulfilling any purchases.
1. Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee that all produce delivered is fresh and as described. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Return Eligibility
- Only products reported as damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery are eligible for return.
- Perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables cannot be returned unless there is a clear issue (e.g., spoilage or wrong item).
- Non-perishable items (e.g., grains, packaged goods) may be returned within 48 hours of delivery, subject to inspection.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide order ID, product name, and photo evidence of the issue.

4. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund amount may exclude delivery charges unless the issue is caused by us.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are perishable and reported after the return window.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Farmer Cancellations
If a farmer is unable to fulfill an order due to crop availability or logistical issues, a full refund will be issued to the customer automatically.
7. Consumer Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
- After that, cancellations are not guaranteed unless the order hasn’t been processed.
8. Subscription Refunds
- Subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) can be canceled anytime.
- Refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid plans, prorated from the cancellation date.
